The PVC spouting on this home was brittle and coming apart in places resulting in puddles of water around the house whenever it rained.
The fascia and roof were needing some attention as well with moss and lichen taking up residence on various areas of the roof.
Coordinating with the painter the roof and fascia were freshened up, perishing spouting removed and new spouting installed.
